Adam specializes in story-songs, chock full of dreamy realism. Even if you don’t recognize his hame, you’ve very likely heard his tasty guitar work on beloved recordings with Norah Jones, Tracy Chapman, Amos Lee, and other esteemed musical artists.
His CD 'The Heart Collector’ was praised by No Depression online as "a great album overflowing with warm and soulful songs that enchant the ears and captivate the heart." The same record was described by writeonmusic.com this way: “Cozy and mostly acoustic, the album evokes the character of a classic short-story anthology chock full of picturesque imagery and humble, endearing emotion. His voice soft yet dusky—think Keb Mo mixed with a bit of Lyle Lovett—Levy renders each narrative like a seasoned storyteller or, perhaps, an old friend.”
The concert will be held in a beautiful outdoor setting. Expect to get up close and personal - seats are limited to 50 people. Bring your own seating if you can, and a sweater, just in case. The BoHoss Boogie Boys go on at 5pm and Adam will play from about 6 - 9:30pm. There will be some delicious snacks and a chance to hang before and after the music.
The farm is at 3395 Harrison Grade Road, Sebastopol, CA 95472.
